I just returned from a festival in Århus, Jylland (Aarhus, Jutland) and it was... AWESOME!

That of course means I am no longer in México.

It's weird, I've become a bit of a, please excuse the bad words, cold bitch when it comes to saying goodbye. I feel like I've gotten so very used to people coming and going in my life - I just can't feel myself getting really sad when it comes to goodbye. Not unless they really, really, really meant something. Even if I am going to miss them, even if I hate saying goodbyes, I don't get all touchy-feely about it.

Don't get me wrong, I do get really sad. But in another way. Touchy-feely goodbye-speeches kinda get on my nerves. I really feel more like enjoying the time together while it's there and sending people off with a warm hug and a sweet smile.

And maybe a bit of tears if we've been through enough together.

Yeah.

I miss a lot of people. I miss people all the time. It's a part of life. No use in trying to fight it off.

That being said, if you happened to be in the boarding lounge at the airport of Aguascalientes, Mexico on the 8th of July at 11 o'clock in the morning... If you happened to see a young girl sitting arms around her bent legs pressed up against her chest, hiding her face and WEEPING like a little baby...

If you found yourself sitting next to a very distressed-looking, red-eyed girl on the plane from Mexico City to Frankfurt at 9 in the evening...

Well, that young girl was me.
